Solution Marketing was briefed to establish a formal operation for the company in the UK since their existing relationship with a sole distributor had faltered. A limited company was set up on their behalf (with the usual formal structure of accountants, taxation registration etc) together with a logistics operation which would provide warehousing, distribution, shipment, accounting and credit control. The brand which focused on utility/poductivity software was successfully driven into the retail sector by us and major deals were secured with PC World/Dixons, AOL, Amazon and HMV Stores.
