Solution Marketing was asked by the company to
review its market position with a view to
developing new opportunities and to initiate a
long term plan to secure manufacturing
partnerships.

Initially, we set about creating a new website to
focus and enhance the existing brokerage
business.

Then strategic partnerships were formed with
two boat manufacturers to provide Division
Yachts with a range of boats that were available
exclusively through themselves in the UK.
