This yacht has had one owner from new and has been serviced by Darthaven Marina on a regular basis. It is set up for long distance single handed sailing. All instruments and engine
manuals (including workshop manuals) are on board. The price includes a 40 foot berth in Torquay Marina until April 2008. The yacht looks like new and is ready to sail away - you just need
food and drink - it even has kettle and tea pot. A 4man RFD life raft is also included but is over due for servicing.

The main sheet can be used from the helm as an extra long sheet is fitted and brought back to the cockpit two Lewmar 42st winches are for the genoa an extra 18st winch is fitted for the
genoa furling gear.
Quick release stopper.
An extra winch and cam cleat is fitted to haul up the storm jib or the cruising chute. There are 8 clam cleats fitted to the cabin top for reefing lines and sheets.
There are two genoas the original arun and a larger 16% by radial on Rotostay furling system.
The wheel steering has auto-helm with controls fitted to steering pedestal a leather glove is fitted to the wheel and a canvas cover.
The steering pedestal has a folding table fitted.
The cockpit has teak effect seats and cockpit sole.
Davits with four to one blocks and lines are fitted to a 2.7 meter rib dinghy with a 2 hp merc outboard motor on a teak bracket on the pushpit rail. Dodgers are fitted both sides and across the
stern with a zipped gate to stern ladder.
A birni top can be zip fastened to the spray hood and the back stays.
Three very heavy seven ply wash boards are fitted in to steel channels behind the cockpit doors with an Aboly locking system which also locks the sliding hatch this makes a very secure anti
theft device.
The saloon and the fore cabin are fully carpeted from new so the sole boards are undamaged.
The saloon has been completely reupholstered with 6 inch fire retardant foam and fire retardant material.
A new stainless steel cooker with thermostatic oven and glass door with flame failure on all burners.
A 12 volt compressor fridge with ice /freezer compartment is fitted in place of a cupboard under one of the sinks the cold box has a cooler unit fitted.
A gas sensor is fitted plus electric gas shut off valve.
The saloon has six extra 12 volt lights.
240 volt hook up with 6 13 amp outlets.
Hot water by engine heat plus immersion heater from mains plus gas heater in heads. The heads have hot and cold water with shower and electric shower pump.
12 volt and 240 volt razor and hair dryer sockets.
Blown air heating.
All crockery and cutlery for six people including pots and pans.
20 amp automatic battery charger in engine compartment with 3 100 ah batteries 2 domestic I engine starting and anchor windless.
